Glitches, errors remain for ACA exchange enrollment in start of week 2

Technical problems and error messages continued to impede enrollment Monday in the Affordable Care Act exchanges even after statements from the Obama administration that the second week would see marked improvements in the user experience. The White House said the website is still a work in progress. "We won't stop until the doors to HealthCare.gov are wide open, and at the end of the six-month open enrollment, millions of Americans gain affordable coverage," HHS spokeswoman Joanne Peters said in a statement.
