Google moves PHP to preview status, adds game services

Google's fourth run-time language PHP is now available to the public. "Developers may develop, test and deploy apps through Google's App Engine PHP application," Alex Williams writes. In addition, key player stats, alerts, as well as double the Cloud Save storage are three key features added by Google Play Games Services. Meanwhile, Google is testing a program to let developers control Android devices through Chrome DevTools, enabling them to make code changes to mobile websites and see the results immediately.
