Healthy honey makes the perfect sugar substitute

The U.S. has more than 300 varieties of honey, from clover to eucalyptus to orange blossom, each with a slightly different flavor and consistency that can add sweetness to desserts and beverages. Add a dollop of honey to baked goods such as breads and cookies, or use it as a sugar replacement for hot or cold drinks.
