Hotels become bottlers with carbonated cocktails

Hotel mixologists are honing their bottling skills as the trend of in-house bars and restaurants creating bottled, carbonated cocktails continues to spread. Bartenders can create classics or their own concoctions in large vats, cutting down production time and increasing the amount of customers they can serve. "Such drinks can add a point of differentiation to the drink menu, and deliver a truly unique experience for the guest," said Donna Hood Crecca, senior director of the Adult Beverage Resource Group at Technomic.
