IMF cuts South Korea growth estimate; manufacturer sentiment improves

Slower growth in China was cited by the International Monetary Fund as it trimmed South Korea's 2014 growth outlook to 3.7% from an earlier forecast of 3.9%. Separately, a survey of South Korea's small and medium-sized manufacturers revealed improving confidence for the fourth quarter.
