Mich. schools promote wellness on Walk to School Day

Many students in the Great Lakes Bay region will be walking to school today instead of riding the bus or getting a ride with their parents. More than 200 schools in Michigan are expected to participate in International Walk to School Day. "It's something fun and different for the kids to do in the morning, and a good way to promote healthy habits," physical-education teacher Anthony Mason said.
