N.D. pilots tour all 89 state airports

For pilots Dale Seckerson and Jay Dugan of Jamestown, N.D., visiting the state's 89 airports as part of the North Dakota Aeronautics Commission's passport program began as a friendly competition, but they later decided it would be cost-beneficial to complete some flights together. There are only about 10 pilots who have completed the three-year-old program. "It was a lot of fun. You get to see a lot," Seckerson said. "It's just something we wanted to do."
