Survey: 55% of group practices have negative view of insurance exchanges' impact

A survey of more than 1,000 group practices found 55.5% had an unfavorable or very unfavorable opinion of how they would be affected by the Affordable Care Act's health insurance exchanges, and 40.2% were still considering whether to participate. Those still unsure of their participation cited concerns about low reimbursement rates, financial liability and the burdens of patient collections.
