TSA looks into lapse that allowed child to board plane

The Transportation Security Administration is looking into an incident in which a 9-year-old boy boarded a flight to Las Vegas without a ticket. The agency said officials have "reviewed videotape of the child at the checkpoint and are investigating whether they should reconfigure the barriers to prevent another incident like this one."
