U.S., Vietnam air service to start again

Passenger and cargo flights will resume between the U.S. and Vietnam for the first time since the end of the Vietnam War as the two countries signed a historic agreement. Although no date was given for the flights to begin, some U.S. airlines expect service to start as early as next spring.
