OPEC may meet in November to reduce oil output

As crude futures continued to drop Wednesday, OPEC was reportedly considering a meeting in November to discuss reducing production to bolster prices. "We'd better keep the oil in the ground and not sell it because the international banks are collapsing, and we may lose our money there as well," Shokri Ghanem, chairman of Libya's National Oil Corp., said in an interview with Bloomberg News.
