Architects envision new life for San Francisco Bay Bridge

Architects Ronald Rael and Virginia San Fratello envision repurposing the abandoned San Francisco Bay Bridge into a miniature city. The proposal calls for the bridge to include urban housing on its upper and lower decks, as well as a linear park with bicycle and pedestrian access. Plans and photos are available here.
