Exercise improves quality of life for women with breast cancer

A study of Chinese women diagnosed with breast cancer found even a little exercise helped improve physical, mental and social well-being. Those whose exercise levels met government recommendations reported the highest ability to perform daily living activities and had less distress, a better body image and better relationship quality, researchers said.
