Lipton facility has zero waste

The Lipton Tea facility in Suffolk, Va., has become a zero-waste operation that sends nothing to landfills. About 70% of the plant's waste is recycled, and the rest is either composted or incinerated to provide steam for a nearby U.S. Navy shipyard.
