Sony Ericsson share erodes as new high-end phones ship

In the midst of retooling its product lineup to reflect a more high-end inventory, wireless-phone maker Sony Ericsson's market share has declined from about 21% to 15% in recent months, according to a report. But the company expressed confidence that the U.K. release Thursday of its flagship Satio handset and next week's launch of the Aino will help reverse the company's fortunes.
