Sisters turn to a business coach to define their roles in the family business

Sisters Susan Parker and Erica Rosenfeld, who run dress company BariJay, ran into trouble because their responsibilities at the company weren't clearly defined. They turned to a business coach, who put Parker in charge of finance and production and Rosenfeld responsible for marketing, sales and advertising. The coach also encouraged them to create a business plan and have brief daily meetings with some of their employees to review goals.
