Survey: CFOs want to see changes to the U.S. tax code

More than 90% of CFOs say they believe the U.S. tax code needs some kind of reform, according to a survey by Duke University and CFO Magazine. About half of respondents said the code requires a "complete overhaul." More than 70% would nix the current exemptions and credits in exchange for a simpler code and a lower overall tax rate, the poll found.
