Yum optimistic as China sales stay strong

China's cooling economy didn't hurt sales at established KFC restaurants there, parent Yum Brands said Tuesday. Same-store sales in China rose 6% in the third quarter, strong performance that spurred the company to raise its earnings outlook for the year.
