$115M San Francisco residential tower becomes a "concrete reality"

Workers completed last Sunday a 21-hour mat placement for a $115 million residential tower at Rincon Hill project in San Francisco. Crews placed 3,294 cubic yards of concrete that was delivered by 366 mixer trucks for the 400-foot tower. "We couldn"t be more excited to see 45 Lansing becoming a concrete reality after eight years and two different ownership groups,” said Brendan Dunnigan, senior vice president with HKS, the project designer.
