Emerging markets are expected to benefit from new U.S. Fed leadership

The U.S. stimulus that emerging markets have benefited from is likely to be extended under the leadership of Janet Yellen at the Federal Reserve, giving those nations more time to prepare for an eventual tightening, analysts say. "I expect her to consider well the ripple effects on other countries" from tapering, said Choi Hee Nam, director general of the South Korea Finance Ministry's international finance bureau.
