FAA calls back workers, but aviation firms still stalled

The Federal Aviation Administration's recalling of many furloughed workers is allowing planes to get certified, but it's not allowing aircraft to get registered. Leaving out that final step means plane deliveries are stalled. "If this backlog lasts more than a few days, it could potentially devastate the industry's fourth-quarter deliveries," National Business Aviation Association President Ed Bolen wrote in an open letter to President Barack Obama.
