Recruiters can avoid wasting time with unreliable candidates by learning to recognize certain warning signs, Debra Wheatman writes. For instance, be wary of a job seeker that cancels appointments more than once. "Flakes seem to have an arsenal of excuses ready to help them out of any situation," Wheatman writes.
