Most grocery shoppers don't use mobile apps in stores, survey says

Research from Fusion Marketing found that a majority of grocery shoppers do not use mobile applications for in-store shopping, and consider personalized text message offers an intrusion of privacy. "Our research suggests a limited usage of mobile applications in-store," Fusion Marketing President Steven Muro said.
