New access policy for guests with disabilities takes effect at Walt Disney's U.S. theme parks

Guests with disabilities at Walt Disney's theme parks in Florida and California will now use Disability Access Cards as part of the firm's new access policy. The new program, which was created to combat previous abuses, will give guests a return time instead of allowing them to bypass lines. Also, Disney said in a letter that the program will be fine-tuned and that each disability will be taken into account on an individual basis.
