Nokia's DVLUP rewards program makes a game of Windows Phone coding

Nokia's DVLUP program, putting Windows Phone developers into game-style competition for rewards, is breaking out of beta and being implemented in 21 countries. "The program, which Windows Phone developers can join for free, centers on winning badges, earning experience points, and leveling up by completing quizzes and challenges related to app development," Emil Protalinski writes, adding that big winners can earn Windows Phone Store promotion and in-application advertising as well as other prizes.
