N.Y. considers expanding policy for student-athletes with disabilities

Student-athletes with disabilities in New York could be able to play sports longer under a proposed policy that would increase the number of waivers available to such athletes. The proposal comes after the state Supreme Court ruled in favor of allowing a 20-year-old student with autism to continue to compete on a cross-country track team.
