Rewards, incentives help wellness plans succeed, expert says

Recent studies on why some employee wellness programs fail suggest the average company may not have developed a wellness culture and also reflects an evolving wellness industry, writes Joe Miller of CHC Wellness. Failing to create an internal corporate wellness strategy can limit success, and Miller says employees need to "feel like they are part of the solution, be incented to make healthy decisions and be rewarded for encouraging others to get involved as well."
