Starbucks ramps up Evolution Juice production

Starbucks has opened a 264,000-square-foot factory in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., to quadruple production of its Evolution Fresh juices. Interest in premium juices is growing fast, spurring the development of small California shops like JuiceFarm, Clover Juice and The Punch Bowl.
