When using GoogleDrive, teachers need to make upfront decisions on workflow for the program to run smoothly, a school academic-technology director, Jennifer Carey, writes in this blog post. Among the tips Carey offers are to make classroom instructions "view only" to prevent students from accidentally changing them and to create a consistent document naming protocol for students. "I have gotten 85 documents titled 'homework' and it is crazy-making!" she writes.
