U.S. chefs create rich cultured butter

American entrepreneurs chefs are trying their hand at old-fashioned butter churning in order to reap the flavorful benefits that aren't present in commercial, sweet cream products. European-style butter is made with cultured cream full of natural micro-organisms that lend a slightly nutty, tangy taste and has a high-fat content that produces better baked goods.
