Ad firms looking overseas for management talent

In a growing trend, U.S. advertising firms have been reaching across oceans to find top management talent. Observers say globe-trotting leaders like Andrew Robertson, David Jones and Stephen Gatfield, are in demand partly because home-grown talent is rare, and partly because they have international experience and multidisciplinary skills.
