Airbus CEO resigns after three months on the job

Airbus CEO Christian Streiff resigned Monday after Germany opposed his plans for resolving delays with the A380 program. He was replaced by Airbus co-chief Louis Gallois. Gallois says he supports developing a wide-body A350 to compete with Boeing's 787.
