Nielsen to measure viewing habits of college students

Nielsen Media Research said it will begin tracking the TV viewing habits of college students next year -- marking the first time the company will use out-of-home viewing in its national sample. But Nielsen made it clear that it's interested only in "extended home viewing," not in the transient viewing in airports , bars and other public places.
