YouTube strikes deal to post clips, split revenue:

YouTube has come to an agreement with CBS, Showtime and CSTV Networks to post video content from the media companies and split the advertising revenue with them. The deal, which includes news, sports and entertainment clips, helps the video-sharing site head off potential copyright disputes with the three companies.
