Southwest has won its battle against Boardfirst.com, a service that helped passengers score desirable boarding times, when owner Kate Bell decided to stop fighting the airline's legal challenges. A preliminary court ruling had stated that the business violated Southwest's policy prohibiting commercial use of Southwest.com.
