North Shore casino gets back on track after delays

The $800 million North Shore casino will open in August in Pennsylvania after a work stoppage and financing problems delayed construction. Contractors have taken on double shifts at the casino, and a long bout of good weather has also helped speed construction. By the end of the project, about 2,500 workers will have been involved.
