Massachusetts district to observe Muslim holiday next year

Cambridge, Mass., public schools will begin closing school for one Muslim holiday, starting with the next school year. The district will close schools for whichever Muslim holiday falls during the school year -- Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha -- or choose one if both are on the school calendar. Officials say there is a growing Muslim population in the city's schools.
