Students are completing homework, taking notes via cell phones

Some Michigan high-school students are taking notes and completing homework assignments with cell phones as part of a program launched by Texas-based company GoKnow. The company is partnering with Sprint to give students phones and provide mobile apps that students say makes homework more enjoyable. The GoKnow apps also keep students engaged by allowing them to text their questions to teachers rather than raising their hands.
