Survey: One-third of teens are targeted by cyberbullies

About one-third of teenagers have been victims of cyberbullying, according to a survey conducted by a Chicago firm that conducts youth market research. Students often do not understand the limits of appropriately communicating via technology "and how that technology may be used against them," said Richard Harrison, lead mentor for the Safe and Secure Online program.
