N.D. expands prison using precast concrete detention cells

The North Dakota State Penitentiary is on track and on schedule for its $64 million renovation and expansion project. The prison project will utilize precast concrete detention cells for its administrative segregation, orientation and general population areas, which are expected to be set in place by November. The project is expected to be finished by July 2013.
