OCC leads process for consumers to complain about foreclosures

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is spearheading the charge to develop a process for reviews of foreclosure cases. The process will give some borrowers who believe they have been the victim of misrepresentations, errors or other issues an opportunity to have their case reviewed.
