India's Tata Coffee is reportedly close to announcing a partnership with Starbucks that would give the U.S.-based coffee giant a presence in India, the third-largest economy in Asia. The companies, which signed an agreement in January to source and roast beans in India, said at that time that they would also explore opening Starbucks stores.
