Fla. accepting bids for $1B train between Orlando, South Florida cities

Florida is seeking bids for a proposed 240-mile, $1 billion train project that would link Orlando International Airport with Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Bids are due Dec. 7 and winners will be selected by Dec. 18. All Aboard Florida has already agreed to build the train line, but the state is required to make sure there are no better deals available.
