Almonds boost satiety, don't cause weight gain, study finds

People who snacked on almonds reported feeling less hungry and showed improvements in dietary intake of vitamin E and monounsaturated fat, a study in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition indicated. Researchers also found that almond consumption did not lead to weight gain in patients.
