Almonds boost satiety, don't cause weight gain, study says

People who snacked on almonds reported feeling less hungry and showed improvements in dietary vitamin E and monounsaturated fat intake, a study in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition says. Researchers also found that almond consumption did not lead to weight gain in patients.
