Indianapolis councilman to marry same-sex partner

Zach Adamson, an openly gay Democratic member of the Indianapolis City-County Council and said to be the state's first openly gay county official, plans to marry his longtime partner, Christian Mosburg, next week. The wedding will be in Washington, D.C., which has allowed same-sex marriage since 2010.
