Lockheed: F-35 meets key flight milestone

The F-35 joint strike fighter jet has now topped 10,000 hours of flight time, says manufacturer Lockheed Martin, marking a milestone in the aircraft's development as a key component of the Navy, Air Force and Marine fleets. The F-35 is expected to be actively used in the military in 2015.
