Mich. airport not affected by shutdown

The Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, Mich., is operating as usual despite the shutdown. "We haven't noticed anything different in terms of airport operation during the government shutdown," said Tara Hernandez, airport spokeswoman. "No canceled flights, no delayed flights, anything like that."
