Planned $4.3B corporate campus in Kansas City, Mo., is approved

Health care technology firm Cerner Corp. can get started on a $4.3 billion corporate campus in Kansas City, Mo., after the City Council approved $1.63 billion in tax incentives for the project on Thursday. Three Trails Crossing will involve redevelopment of the former Bannister Mall site in 14 phases and will feature nearly a dozen office buildings. The project is expected to create 2,800 construction jobs.
