Unilever seeks patent for improvements to aerated chocolate coloring

Unilever has filed a patent for a method that keeps aerated chocolate from turning a lighter color that is unappealing to consumers. "It has now been found that it is possible to aerate chocolate while preserving its color by adding a carefully selected pigment," the patent application says.
